What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is an innovative payment model for healthcare practices.
It works by taking out the third party billers that inflate costs. This way, we don’t have to see so many patients in a day to keep our doors open and we can take our time with you and focus on what really matters in your care.
To become a patient of a DPC practice, you pay a low monthly fee which gives you access to your doctor anytime through text messages, email or a phone call.
And, when you need to be seen, you can get a same day or next day visit that can be a phone call, virtual visit, in office visit or even home visit in some cases, and is never rushed. You have time to bring up any issues, ask all your questions, and truly understand your healthcare.
This structure puts doctor and patient back on the same team and allows for the opportunity to build an authentic, healing relationship.
Doctors are happier getting to slow down and care again, patients are happier knowing they can reach their doctor at their convenience, and in the end, it leads to better health outcomes!

Sometimes a quick phone call is all you need, but for those more complex issues, we have longer visits. You won’t feel rushed through an appointment and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask. Part of the relationship you’ll build with your doctor is based on you understanding your care.
Same day, next day scheduling
We only take on a fraction of the number of patients of a traditional practice, so when you need to be seen, we have time! We’ll schedule you in same day or next day.

With our flexible practice style, we can use technology when it makes things easier and keep things in person when that makes more sense. From phone calls and virtual visits to in clinic and home visits, we have a variety of visit types to fit your need.
Wholesale labs, imaging and medication costs
Lab and imaging centers appreciate not having to work with middlemen too. They give us discounted rates and we pass those savings directly on to you.
Transparency
Visits are covered in your monthly fee. When there is a charge for procedure supplies, you’ll know that up front. No hidden costs or surprise bills.
Should I have health insurance?
Many people who aren’t able to get insurance will find the DPC model to be an affordable way to access great care without having to wait until things get really bad and then pay a fortune.
Still, we do recommend having catastrophe insurance so that in the case of an emergency, a trip to the Emergency Room or an ambulance will not drain your resources.
Even people who have insurance and want to keep it for medication coverage, often find that with all the copays for visits at insurance based practices, subscribing to our DPC practice actually saves money and improves access to care.
